Hi Mike,

One of my other favorite stouts is the North Coast Old Rasputin Russian Imperial Stout. It’s big, roasted, bitter-sweet goodness.

I haven’t had a chance to brew my cayenne stout yet. I recently brewed a pumpkin ale, which is my fall seasonal. I wanted to get that one in so it would be ready by November. My next beer will be the cayenne stout, and I will certainly write a post about that one.

I would highly recommend the Chocolate Oak Aged Yeti, it was great. I am looking for similar brews. Any recomendations?

How did your chocolate cayenne stout turn out? Will you share the recipe.

Cheers to great brews!
